Just outside the lines of hotels and attractions, the lake offers beautiful sights and a peaceful atmosphere. Recommended if one wants to step out of solely touristic areas. Great for a walk, even if someone wants to take just a part of the length of...More

We visited the lake when there were no water and no flamingos, but there was a beautiful landscape and views like in dessert. The place was full of white sold, I suppose, and it was mysterious view.

Normally the flamingos arrive in the end of December. From my experience you can walk to the Salt Lake also if i am not mistaken buses will let you nearby.
