Caves Jeep Safari from Protaras & Ayia Napa

63 reviews
Explore scenic caves and natural bridges in Cyprus with this half-day Jeep safari. Go off-roading in a 4x4 on the island’s east coast and visit sea caves and the Blue Lagoon. Stroll across the lover’s bridge for good luck and go for a swim in Konnos Bay. Stop at a café overlooking the bay for free time to relax with a coffee or beer.

I have seen this town many times but never had a chance to see inside. In October 2020 authorities opened this town and finally we got a chance to walk on the streets of this city. Restaurants, shops, car dealerships, private guests houses - you can feel like you are walking on streets in 70s.

I'm sorry to say but this certainly did not live up to expectations, despite knowing the travel restrictions preventing crossing the border and entering the ghost town of Famagusta itself. I sympathise with the plight of the displaced Cypriots but Mr John, your ramblings of historical personal hardship and financial losses were far too much for what should have been an informative, interesting and leisurely tour. I have to confess the tour was so bad and the commentary so repetitive, incoherent and uninteresting that we chose to feign illness to depart the bus halfway through the tour.

Scam! The worst tour I've been in. Mr John Famagusta tour! We were promised to go to ghost town instead we were taken to surrounding hills to watch the ghost town from far away. Driver is talking loud in the mic almost yelling. Such a waste of time and money. Can't wait for this to finish and enjoy day anywhere else.
