I'm glad there is a national museum in Liechtenstein, but I wish it were better. It has several areas: history, nature, art. A good museum presents a cohesive story with information to back it up, but this museum lacked the cohesive story, the big picture....More

Liechtenstein National Museum is located between the Liechtenstein Center Tourist office and St. Florin Church, actually closer to St. Florin. The museum is considerably bigger as it sets way back toward the hillside, than what it looks like from outside, so give yourself time. Everything...More

The national museum of Liechtenstein is packed with an incredible range of exhibits which illustrate life in the country including cultural and social history, flora and fauna, natural history (stuffed animals, birds, fish, insects etc.). Unfortunately the way in which everything is presented is quite...More

It's not difficult to find this museum. It just located very close to the tourist information center. I suggest tourists buy the combo ticket for here and for the Treasure Chamber. It gives me a lot about Liechtenstein. Strongly suggest tourists should visit here.

Nice and quiet museum with a lot of artifacts and history about the origin of Liechtenstein. For a small museum, it has a little bit of everything. Old relics, arms and armory, natural history, tapestries and clothes, maps, and a lot about Liechtenstein history, great...More

Very nice, interesting and surprisingly rich museum. They even have few different sections (archeology, history, biology, common life, science and inventions, monarchs, etc.). All notes are in German, but you could have audio guide in English or in French.
