Getting along driving a segway is so easy even kids can do it when they are old and tall enough due the restrictions by the company. After a few minutes of practicing you already get the heck of it. Can recommend it for people who are not good at foot or don't like hiking. Tour is bringing you around several interesting spots throughout the city. Tourguides are very friendly and speak several languages, also German wich is not indicated at the website. Thank you Sarah for your assistance.

Excellent way to see a bit of Luxembourg, not only for foreigners. I've been born in Luxembourg and lived here for over 35 years, yet, I never really take the time to go see places here, like tourists would.
Finally this Segway tour was perfect to visit some places I ought to have seen a long time ago, and driving Segway is so much more fun than walking.
Definitely a fun experience to repeat, and well worth its price.

I've done many segwaytours in major cities all around the world, but i'm most impressed by this one! Not only because the tour is wonderful (there's an amazing variety of landscapes, the way goes up- and down-hill, you discover hidden corners thanks to your guide, the tour takes you all around the city!), but also because it is quite cheap when you compare with the price they ask in other cities!
The guide tells you a lot about the monuments you pass by and the city's history. And he does so WHILE you're driving at almost 20km/h thanks to these little radio-headphones you get. Of course, at the beginning, you get trained, and it's only when everyone in the groupe (maximum 7) is feeling comfortable on the segway that the guide speeds up, so you can enjoy piloting the segway! You do stop at some marvelous spots to take pics and take some rest, anyway.
And, by the way, our guide was very friendly and speaks perfect english, german, french, luxemburgish, portuguese and... that's all i'm afraid. ;)

Make sure you reserve on line, because the physical address listed on TripAdvisor appears to be a mailing address (because I took a train there). Once looking online, a different meeting place is listed for the tour. They do appear to sell out quickly, so book early. There are multiple tours listed per day...via online reservation. I've not discussed the telephonic availability of reservations because many travelers may not have a phone, or know how to dial internationally. This looked like a great experience, sorry it didn't work for me. The available information that I could find was in French, which also limited my scheduling ability.

We were a family of five who did a short whistle stop tour of several places, mainly in northern France but also of Luxembourg City. We had very little time to do/see one "attraction" while in Luxembourg. When booking, I was very torn because it seemed difficult to choose as many sights and destinations in the city looked interesting. That was until I found this tour option. I found the website a little difficult to navigate, but persevered and got there in the end. Initially they were not offering a tour at a suitable time, so after just one email, the company added another tour option that did suit - very helpful, thank you.
On arrival, we very quickly became accustomed to riding on the Segways, albeit feeling a little self conscious! I found our guide Marcia to be less effervescent than other guides we have had in this area, but professional and informative nonetheless.
We all very much enjoyed the tour itself as we were able to cover a much bigger distance than we would have by either walking or driving; especially as we had my father with slightly limited mobility with us who also enjoyed this experience. We saw all the main sights and places on my list, so I was very happy.

Segways are certainly nerdy and attraction-getting. They are also fun to ride, easy to get used to. Apparently it's normal that your feet fall asleep, which is kind of weird. What I liked most was the variety of riding we did: in parks, castle ruins, grass, tiny alleys, and yes, busy highways. Our guides definitely put safety first. The little radio ear pieces were a great way to receive instructions. Just having fun segway riding is probably enough for most people. For me, I wished there were much more information and history given. We received a few vignettes, but not enough for my taste. I think the owners could produce some very appealing different products by offering historical tours of different ages, even contemporary cultural tours.

I tried to book a tour without any luck. I tried number of times. It turned into a bitter odyssey. It seems that this company utterly lives in the 90s (quality of their website) and are welcoming only French speaking customers.
The reasons I failed to book:
- link on TripAdvisor leads to French page
- when you change the language, you are redirected to global page
- there's no (sensible) way to get to reservation pages via English pages
- when I called and wanted to make a reservation a was pointed back to the useless webpage
- I was telling the person on the line the webpage doesn't work as advertised, but they insisted that it is the only way
This might be a fine tour, but it's completely spoiled by the poor "contact" execution. A fail...

Luxembourg is small and if you've never been on a Segway it is very fun and easy and because of the size of he city this is a great way to see all the main highlights in an hour and a half and then you can explore the things you like I'm more detail.
I always have seen these in other cities and it looked a little touristy but it was actually very fun. I'd definitely recommend it especially in a picturesque small city like Luxembourg, with little traffic.
Really fun to zoom around the city in these...make you want to own one!

Brilliant!
This was my first time on a segway and the instructor was very informative and helpful. He gave us time to practice in our training and I soon gained confidence before we set off to see the sights. Our group of 6 also were given ear pieces so we could always hear what the instructor was saying about the places of interest.
This was a great way to see more of the city and our guide was great.
I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

I travelled with 5 friends, none of whom had used a Segway before.
The training was very good and easy to understand. Everyone was given time to practise and build their confidence.
Our tour was very good and covered a great deal of the city on the 90 minute tour. We saw lots of sights that weren't recommended in the guide books and that could've been easily missed.
Our guide was extremely courteous - slowing to check people were ok and offering on numerous occasions to take photos of our group. He shared some interesting facts and seemed to have good general knowledge of the city when asked questions.
The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 review was the level of information provided. I did a similar tour in Budapest last month that provided a lot more history and facts. This is purely personal preference as I enjoy learning a lot about the sights that I see. However, this tour is great to get a general idea of the city.

We board a river cruise in Luxembourg City 18 Oct 2018. Is it possible to take a Segway tour with you on that day? We have used Segways for tours here in Canada. It is great fun!
Written June 24, 2018
Hello,
it is possible to have a Segway tour on that day, but you'd need to contact me 2 weeks before to make the final arrangements.
Also mention where you'd like to take the tour, as I doubt it there are boat cruises in Luxembourg city as the are no boats on the tiny rivers we have in Luxembourg city. It would be either Remich or Schengen where we offer also tours.
Also indicate me the amount of people that would go on the tour.
Thank you in advance.
