Very nice place with a bite of history from charming guide most probably at the age of palace itself ;) It is possible to book a tour in different languages and spend an hour in Duke's residence which is worth spending of 10 euro. Mind a very narrow window when open to visitors - available only for few weeks so... More

Although there isn't really much to do it's a short walk from other city sites so I'd definitely say worth the walk to look at.

You can purchase the tour tickets for tours in various languages, all sold at the tourist information office on Place Guillaume II. The English tour was guided by Rene, who truly adored the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchy's history. This is no Louvre but still interesting and worth the visit, which all the quirky details.

The guide spent a lot of time telling us about the history of this monarchy. The palace was underwhelming as palaces go. The tour was saved by being short and sweet. Definitely not worth the 10 euro price.

It is a building in the center of the city. I was hoping at least will have some nice dressed guards and I can take some pictures with them. But no guards and no dofferent building from the other ones

My friend and I were disappointed that you can only go inside the castle with a guided tour that costs 10euro, we thought we had read differently online. Neither of us like tours so it just wasn't worth it for us. We took a few photos of the outside and kept going. It is pretty at least.

Duke of Luxembourg palace, you can probably have a tour inside, not really sure. Definitely a "must" in Luxemburg.
