The Monument was directly across from our hotel so that we had a great view from our window. There is parking - IF YOU CAN FIND A SPOT!! around the monument. The views of the valley are gorgeous from this location.

this is a monument to those who lost there lives during the wars.the nazi's knocked the original down during there occupation,but after ww2 it was rebuilt.it stands close to the centre,over looking the gorge.
