This is an open-air theatre built from the ruins of the previous one which was destroyed in WW2. The way they have kept the new and the old together is very impressive.

The ruins from centuries past are still much in good condition above this popular street in Valletta. Climb the step and visit these ruins just for the view from above or just to chill and rest up from a day of sightseeing. It is a nice backdrop for photos as well.

Wow. Went here a couple of times during our stay. Food was lovely and the view outside on the street is great for people watching. The building itself is very old and backs on to the Amphitheatre. The toilets are situated downstairs and are a bit of a trek but well worth it as you get to see all the underground vaults.…
