Hot day, seemed to be the only proper pub in Valetta. Very small, sat outside, beer was good and cheap. just don't go upstairs to the loo! Didn't find out about the Oliver reed fame until reading past reviews.

This really should be on the 'check it out' list of everyone who goes to Valletta, just to look at all the photos and hear the stories. Drinks are reasonably priced, the bar staff are helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended...More

When you want a beer, and just a beer, this is the right sort of place. It ain’t special, it seems to live it the back of the fact Oliver Reed has his last tipple here. It’s hard work to get served, as the staff...More

Grotty. Tired. Dirty. AWFUL single toilet. Living off the demise of Ollie. Like being in a time-warp but not in a good way. Enough said.

Not a must visit but if in the area a good choice for an alcohol top up. Don't expect much and the attentive staff (behind bar - this is a pub after all) will ensure sobriety will not be a problem.

It's not really that sort of pub. It's very small and a bit like going back in time.
