Wonderful spa located in the Palace Hotel! The experience from beginning to end was very personalized and attentive to my needs. The staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. Had the Swedish massage, sea mud wrap and the intensive hand and foot treatment which left my skin glowing and soft! I would highly recommend this spa if you're looking to relax, de stress or simply pamper yourself!

I can highly recommend this business to anyone who is thinking of going. I’ve been to a few salons around the world and can honestly say this rates very high. From the time you arrive you are treated like a VIP. I had a Stress relief 2 hour treatment From Jason at the Palace Hotel Sliema and it was excellent. Do yourself a favour and go. I'm Marion Mizzi client for about 1 year and I can say that it is one of the best I have ever found. There is competence and a perfect atmosphere to guarantee your wellness. When I go there because I need to reserve time for myself, I really feel reborn! Under the soft hands and professionalism of Neri, I can rest for years....and never I would like to go home! Furthermore, the manager, Sandra, is very friendly and over professional too, able to satisfy all your needs...so when you go there, you just have to relax!

My friend and I booked a series of treatments at Marion Mizzi. At the end of an excellent facial, the therapist asked me if I would like a glass of water, (as I would expect after a facial or massage). After some time waiting in reception, the water had not appeared, so I asked the receptionist for it. SHE REFUSED! She said that they couldn’t provide a glass of water due to Covid-19. * We had booked a facial, a massage and nail services. Apparently it is ok to perform close services like this at this time, but it is not possible to wash a glass! *This spa is situated in a 5 star hotel. They serve drinks in glasses in the bars and restaurants, but apparently it is not possible in the spa! *It is Malta in July. The temperature was 33 degrees and we were at the spa for 4 hours. Honestly a glass of water is the least I would expect. *We spent over €200. Again, a glass of water is the least I expect. Being regular users of 5* hotels, we have come to expect a certain level of service. This was not it. Not only was it poor, it was embarrassing for me, as I had recommended the spa to my friend. I wish I had got the name of the tall, blonde receptionist, but I was so shocked at her manner that I forgot to ask. On the plus side, the Serbian therapist who did my facial was very good, as was the male massage therapist. I’m sorry I did not get their names.

Had a massage booked for 1.45 with a friend on the last day of our holidays. Asked to wait and after 15 mins of waiting the receptionist mentioned a 5 mins delay, which was fine. I then continued to wait another 20 mins. The therapist finally came with no apology or an explanation as to why I had to wait over 30 mins. I refused the treatment. Total waste of my time with no good customer service.

My friends and I have spent a very nice day at the Spa, which included tea and massage as well. Totally recommended if you want to get away from daily routine and stress for some hours. Welcoming staff and good location will bring me there again!

Had a couple massage here. Something had gone wrong with our booking but they fixed it and accommodated us seamlessly. The two therapists were really very good and there was a definite spiritual feel along with the massage which made it very calming and relaxing. We both loved it.

A very hectic trip to Greece was follwed by a relaxing trip to Malta. Staying at the Radisson Blu gave me an opportunity to book a massage... I really needed it. The therapist was skilled and left me totally relaxed. The spa is located adjacent to the hotel pool and sauna so I took full advantage of all amenities. Too bad I didn't have more time to go back.
