Had the utmost pleasure in wandering around here for the day.. lots of lovely shops a lot being lical handmade gifts the lace is exquisite... lots of cafes to sit outside and enjoy the ambience of the area

Situated in the same street as the Carmelite Priory, but is not open to the public. It has a domed facade with 3 external bells on the top which is strange for a palace, unless my translation of palazzo is wrong. Palazz in Maltese is palace in English, but it doesn't look like much of a palace. A quick photo if you are so inclined and carry on your way.…

Reputed to be the oldest building in Malta and dating from the 13th century, this is architecturally a very interesting building and well worth seeking out among the maze of narrow streets that make up Mdina old city.
