Gozo and Comino Islands: including Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon & caves

334 reviews
Get away from the main island of Malta in search of sea and sunshine on this tour from Bugibba. Visit the Crystal Lagoon (if traveling in June-October), followed by the Blue Lagoon on Comino for swimming and snorkeling. From here, continue to Gozo Island, where you have the choice of enjoying free time at your leisure or taking a tour of the island's historic sites before cruising back to Bugibba via the Santa Maria pirate caves.

So much more than I expected - stunning inside and outside. Well worth a visit and only 3€ to enter the cathedral. Visitors centre only open on limited days due to Covid so check first!

The place is full of history and very well restored. It's a must if you visit Gozo. It really takes you back in time.

I came to Victoria specially to visit the Citadel but I felt a little disappointed as it wasn't really as spectacular as I was expecting. The views from the ramparts are not that great and I felt it wouldn't have really mattered if I'd missed out on seeing it.

A very good afternoon walk round the Citadel. Beware, its hot up there and not much shade is about within all the rock and structures. We parked at the top next to the citadel, and we did not have to pay, but normally there is a small charge. You can walk around the top to get stunning views of Victoria and most of Gozo. There are small shops and a bar/cafe. There is also a visitor centre which we did not go into. Its very clean and tidy.
