Almost medieval heritage building?

If you really want to let peace and inner calm seep into you, a visit to this church in one of the quieter squares of Victoria on the island of Gozo, Malta, is a must.

Beautiful altars, huge convent near a youth centre

Not a central church in Victoria. Huge convent next to it. Gives the impression they are money making machines. What would happen of these convents when religion becomes obsolete? Were told few friars live there nowadays. Night clubs? Conference centres?
