Booked the Comino and Blue Lagoon Tour via Viatour, price included hotel pick up, open bar on board, free lunch and the trip to and from Blue Lagoon. Hotel pick up was 15 mins late. Had we realised the cruise was just down the road, it would have been faster walking down to the port from our hotel. When the... More

Ok, I agree that the place is beautiful, but to stay there for longer than 30 minutes? Never again. I stupidly spent 25 Euro on the sunbeds and have regreted it very soon - too crowded, too loud, too dirty and too...everything. I should have gone there, take photos and go back after 30 minutes to Meliieha. Unfortunately it was... More

I have been to Comino a couple of times and its always an incredible experience. The sea is crystal clear and so clean, and you can easily swim to the opposite island named Kemmunett in Maltese or Cominotto which is a small rocky island at a slope but when one climbs to the top can see the beautiful Malta, Gozo... There is no arguing that the blue lagoon is a beautiful if desolate place however during the summer it just gets too busy the small beach is only about 10 meters across and the area around it is packed. there isn't any space to sit except on the many sun beds at 10-15 euros you can swim off the rocks... Beautiful clear water and amazing views. Can get quite busy but well worth the visit. Plenty of water activities that are quite well priced.

Very beautiful beach and blue sea. Unfortunately there are not many beach spaces. Most of the beach and hill sides are occupied by beach chairs which costs Euro10 each. Food and drinks stalls are conveniently located around. Would have been a much better experience to swim there if it were less crowded and touristy.

The blue lagoon has declined in quality over the past few years. It has been turned into a massive tourist trap - deck chairs lining the beach almost to the point of not being able to move. We struggled to find anywhere to sit without paying almost 30 euros to hire 2 chairs and an umbrella for a couple of... More

The blue lagoon is stunning - azure blue sea over sand. It is simply amazing. The snorkelling is very good - we saw many fish - bream, wrasse, cow bream, parrot fish, Cardinal fish, ... Surprising amount of life. The lagoon does get very crowded (very very) so try and go early - but go - do not be put... More

Blue lagoon was absolutely stunning, brilliant views crystal clear sea, the down side is how crammed you are on the boat to the blue lagoon, the prices of deck chairs (20 euro) lockers at 9 euro. And the lack of space to rest as the island is full of other tourists looking for a resting zone too!

Blue Lagoon is the highlight of the small island of Comino. This could be such an enjoyable place if you would avoid the busy time, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. But it's hard as most boats operate in this window time. The lagoon is gorgeous with intense colours of blue. Try to hike a bit toward the tower on the... More
