Frequent transport, nice for snorkelling but crowded

The blue lagoon is ok for snorkelling and swimming, although crowded. Snorkellers will also like the closeby crystal lagoon which offers more maritime life.

The most amazing place for a swim I've ever been to. Here you'll find the bluest water, caves to explore, cliffs to jump from, ice creams to eat and rocks to lay on and tan. Unfortunately there's no sand beach, but that really doesn't matter When everything is that beautiful. The current is very chill so this place is accepted... More

Loved our visit to the blue lagoon. The water is crystal clear, and incredibly beckoning. I'm terrified of Sharks, and I still got in; it's that alluring!

A fantastic sea of blue to swim in, can get very over crowded, and a bit of a steep climb to get to the top of comino and the toilets, refreshments but a beautiful, fairly quiet place. Great surroundings, you can see malta and Gozo from here.

We went on the Captain Morgan boat which must have space for about 2000 passengers. Many boats going to the location so would estimate that there must be more than 10000 people trying to find an inch of space. No chance of getting a deck chair unless you are one of the first boats in. Managed to find somewhere to... More

We recommended our visitors to go to the blue lagoon because we love it. But they said they had to get off of the boat for 4 hours while it went onto Gozo. There was nowhere to sit and had to climb up the rocks to put a towel down. They could not get down the slope to the sea... More

The view is breath taking the water is so crystal clear, the people working there were very friendly, it was a little crowded but it a tourist attraction. just lazy days in the sun taking in the fabulous view and watching the world go by .Not suitable for people who have restricted mobility.

Beautiful place to visit with lovely views and places to see. Boat to island costs 10 euros. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely place to see and bathe. Amazing blue turquesa water. You can see the bottom of the lagoon anywhere you are. Crystaly clear water. We were there in June and the season had barelly started and it was already crowded. there is almost no space for sunbathing and so you have to buy a deck-chair and a sun-shade which costs... More
