Did a circuit of the island and this was one of the last places we saw, very quiet but I'm sure it gets popular in summer being another safe bay for swimming. A nice relaxing spot.

Within 30 minutes from Blue Lagoon you can walk on dirt roads and reach this wonderful bay. The color of the water is not as amazing as in Blue Lagoon but still light blue. It has the advantage that it is less crowded and there...More

We took the ferry to Comino and were shocked at the Blue Lagoon which was packed and not very pleasant. We walked over the island and found this bay and it was a total contrast. Peaceful, calm and beautiful clear water. A vendor at the...More

The blue lagoon was such a disappointment, overrun with bad behaved tourists and full of litter. I had read this in some reviews and decided not to stay there too long. We walked over to St. Maria's Bay and found a nearly empty sandy beach...More

We were on a kayak tour and went to the bay. Beautiful water, not overcrowded, and great marine life to see when snorkelling. Dont go to the Blue Lagoon - this is 100x better.

This is the more peaceful and serene place on Camino and there is a sandy beach. Walk in the opposite direction of the St. Mary's Tower and you will eventually reach it. Between the Blue Lagoon and Santa Maria bay is a lot of arid,...More

We ended up here after getting quickly fed up with blue lagoon and the millions of people. We took a Jeep ride here for €5 return. This beach is calm and serene. Lovely little kiosks with friendly and chatty staff. Space to put down your...More

Santa Marija Bay is a small quiet beach with good views. There aren't lots of facilities here but it is probably worth coming too if you are on a day trip to Comino as the Blue Lagoon is often overfilled and there is a sandy...More

Thank for your review and for discovering Santa Maria Bay. Our facilities are limited to our kiosks serving freshly prepared food; offering a small shaded area with tables and chairs. We also offer a rental service of sunbeds and umbrellas. The bay is not heavily...More
