TARASPORT is an outdoor adventure company. We would be happy to take you with us on our rafting, climbing, canyoning, sailing, jeep safari zip lining activities and to explore the beautiful nature of Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Apart from organizing outdoor tours for you, we would love to greet you and have you as our guests at our new camp! Here, we have cozy bungalows and apartments where you can spend the night, and a lovely restaurant above the Drina river canyon where you can indulge in our delicious local cuisine. We are a group of 11 friends and we stayed here for one night to do the Rafting tour the next day. The nights stay ,dinner on the night of our arrival, breakfast the next day, Lunch ,and the rafting all came in at €75 each which was ridiculously good value, but that is only a small part of what makes this place great.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome by the amazing Dora who looked after us for the entirety of our stay, manning the bar, sorting our meals out( which were all freshly prepared and delicious, particularly the potatoes and the cabbage salad, honestly!) even giving us an extra room so we could separate the snorer’s.She was patient with the endless requests from 40 something blokes for more this or that and stayed up past reasonable hours to keep the bar going for those of us in the group that wanted “ just one more”.
The drive to the rafting was an experience in itself as it’s an hour in the back of a Land Rover on some interesting mountain paths, but it served as a great way to wake up some of the more sleepy of our group. The guides were great and the rafting was good fun. The highest rock jump from 12m into the river is well worth a go mid way through the trip. The wood fired hot tubs on our return were a very welcome touch.
All in all we had a brilliant time, from the picturesque setting, to the brilliant food, the swim in the river, the rafting and the laughing with friends over drinks. Thanks again to Dora and the team for a magnificent time. We’ll worth a visit.

It was very adventurous, we had a great time. Our guide was awesome. To those who are scared of the risks, or are with children, please don't worry, this activity i totally safe. The guides are experienced (our guide, Christian for example, has been a guide for 15 years, and startd his own rescue team 8 years ago), and they know well how to handle unexpected situations on the river. You can also choose the level of rafting you wish to do, not to mention that the price is affordable, which is an important aspect for many families. They also reply very fast via email if you have any questions. It's a fantastic experience for those, who want some adrenaline in their lives, I highly recommend it.

The Tara Sport team were excellent - we did rafting and canyoning over 2 days. Their communication before arrival was quick and helpful. The camp is quite new, the cabins very comfortable and the facilities excellent - great food, coffee, drinks and really lovely team who make you feel at home.
The safety briefing and expertise of the rafting and canyoning guide was excellent. Christian explained everything clearly, he took extra time to make sure everyone was safe and clear on how to raft or what to do in the canyoning. We had an excellent time. So much so that we stayed an extra night.
The team also take photos and video at no extra cost.

We have mixed feelings, there were things that were great but at the same time not everything was perfect. We spent two nights at the camp in August having rafting and canyoing. The is a peaceful, family camp. The camp location is great but the dining area could be cleaner. The food was rather fat, not many vegatables, fish was tasty. The camp crew is helpful overall but you need to ask couple of times, remind them, sometimes you feel like you are bothering them. They helped us without any problems with transport from the border because our car was broken. It is much appreciated.
Rafting was great, we really enjoyed it. The same with canyoing, it is a great experience. The crew was nice and profesional. Tarasport gave us however old foams with holes so we were freezing at the end. Compared to the foams which other tourists had who attended the same trip (but with other company called Outdoor tara) ours were terrible. The same with shoes, we had the same as used for rafting so the sole was too thin for the rocks and slippery. This equipment should be improved. As other guests we have not received the footage from canyoing. They promised many times that it will be sent, we have waited 3 months and sent couple of reminders before writing this review. Their online customer service is really profesional but the actual experience later on could be better. It is dishonest to say that the footage is included in the price and later on not send it. We will never forget our adventures in Bosnia and would recommend it everobody. Hopefully this feedback will help Tarasport to improve.

It was an unforgettable experience for both of us. At the very beginning we got proper protective clothing and were introduced to a fantastic guide (greetings, Kristian!) who made this experience totally amazing, out of the scale level.
Whole team creates fantastic atmosphere, very communicative people who are ready to help with anything. I have never experienced this level of hospitality on a campus.
We are looking forward to coming next year!

A two day rafting trip down the Tara river and staying at the Tara sport rafting camp in between. This trip was postponed for 3 seasons due to Covid, and had written it off, thinking that the company went belly up somewhere in that period due to zero customers. But, no - they kept their word and delivered free of extra charges or any other BS.
Great experience all together. Weather was great, and the river was just calm enough to actually be able to enjoy the magnificent scenery in between rapids.
The best part of the stay turned out to have nothing to do with the rafting but all came down to one guy that worked at the place, Aleksandar. We were truly taken care of by him with a very high level of service and an infectious positive attitude. We felt like we were at a high end hotel and the concierge was at our disposal 24 hours a day. No wonder if the service level was taken down a few notches during the stay, we were constantly late and not that coordinated, so breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be kept ready for hours all ways. Not a peep, just a smile.
The food was in abundance and constantly offered. All dishes were local and you can cross your fingers and hope to get the Teletina Ispod Saca… some veal that has been slow cooked in a hole in the ground as far as I understood. Or if you are lucky Aleksander suddenly shows up late in the evening with a midnight snack, and grilled fish just caught in the river. Simply great!

Skipper Kristian Milosavljević is the most important part of this beautiful experience.
From now on, I will recommend anyone to take him as skipper (wherever he is working).
Super professional and friendly environment.
Excellent (new) accommodation with perfect view.
Food quality is perfect on all locations (supe, čorbe, pečenja, roštilj, lunch paket, poslastice...). Top quality and top service.
Crew took care about all details (especially skipper Kristian)
(until we heard comments from other boats, we didn't know how lucky we were with this team and skipper Kristina)

We had an unforgettable experience on white water rafting on River Tara with 4 kids in tow thanks to Igor, Kristian and his team. Kristian was our boat captain and was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny, while keeping safety in mind. The rafting on the river was superb, with stunning views and stops along the way. Igor, the proprietor, was very attentive and made sure that our experience was nothing short of excellent. We did not have a chance to spend the night at the resort but plan on returning with more family and friends. The resort has it all: overnight huts, restaurant, playground, pool, games... It's a fantastic place to bring your family and use it as a home base while exploring the nearby attractions such as Sutjeska National Park, Tjentiste, Durmitor, Tara River...

When we booked Tarasport we never expected this level of professional service. Everything here is created with the greatest care about the visitors. The huts are beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious and abundant, the owners are ready to help. You can see that the place is growing. It's right by the river and the mountains so the views are incredible. But the best part is the staff. The waitress that was around the 3 days we were there never stops smiling, talked to us about Bosnia and everything we wanted to know. She is one of the top reasons we recommend this particular place for anyone who wants to enjoy unforgettible outdoor activities.

The pick up from Kotor was on time and the lengthy drive (3 1/2 hours) was worth it! Good kit, a newly built cabin just across the border in Bosnia, a friendly welcome, good simple food and a welcome bar for the end of the trip.
A one hour drive on ‘ecological’ roads to the start point was rough going but the rafting was worth it.
Our guide was friendly, we were well briefed and chaperoned down the river, a stop to jump from rocks into the river was fun and the scenery was dramatic

We are visisting Montenegro from 31 August until 8th September and are staying from 31 August until 2 September in the Bianca resort in Kolasin. We are interested in a rafting tour on the Tara-canyon.
We are just the two of us (58 years old and 61 years old) and I was wondering if this is possible to do such a rafting tour?
