The tour includes an easy hike through breathtaking river canyon and two zip-line rides. The first one, which is the longer of the two, stretches 235 meters followed by a shorter line of 135 meters. The scenery below you, named Grafargil is incredibly beautiful and you will have the birds-eye view of it as you whiz down the zip-line.

A must do when in Vík!

This is a great family activity (with kids over 8 years old). We were a group of 10; young kids, teenagers and adults and everybody had a blast. The ziplining thing is fun, the environment gorgeous and the guides great. Simply can’t go wrong with that kind of combo 😄

Zipline adventure

This was our first time and it was an amazing experience. Absolutely beautiful area to go ziplining. The hike was fun and easy. The views were incredible. My 12 year old son loved it and can't wait to come back. The guides were great and really fun. It was the highlight of our vacation. And we loved that their dog joined us on our adventure.

outstanding - fun, unique, safe, great people

4 of us went zip lining and one in our party paraglided and we had a blast. The owners are all great - knowledgable, funny, safe, interesting and make it a really fun activity. They are all really smart, competent and safe and we never had second thoughts about doing this. Lovely views from both places / activities. Highly recommend.

Great experience, fun and beautiful

We did the short hike and zipline tour, which was only a short drive from the Vík HI Hostel. The scenery was gorgeous, the ziplines were fun and the guides were both friendly and safety oriented. My wife and I both enjoyed it quite a lot, even if I am not filling my review with exclamation points. I've checked the "budget friendly" mark in this review, but that is relative to Iceland, where -everything- is pricey.

What an amazing experience! So thrilling, such fun, amazing guides and the bonus puppy was truly a cherry on top. Great cure for fear of hights too. What a great way to explore my own country in a new way. You must try this if in the Vik area!

The team was amazing
This is a different kind of review. I just was able to Zipline on the first run and got injured. The staff was amazing and attentive and made sure I got the care I needed. I am back home but I wanted to thank the team. I am sure it was a stressful situation for everyone, and I think they handled everything the best they could. Thank you.

AMAZING!
We had the best time with this company!! The ziplining itself was very fun, and I can't think of a prettier place to go rushing over rivers and canyons. The hiking was doable and we also got a little history/geology lesson. The staff is incredible, very friendly and funny!! Absolutely recommend if you have time. If you don't have time,make the time. SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Exciting Adventure!

This was an amazing activity, and I would highly recommend for any trip in Southern Iceland! It was such a unique and thrilling way to experience the scenery surrounding Vik; it is so beautiful there and ziplining through the canyon was breathtaking.

My friend and I had never been ziplining before, so we didn't really know what to expect, but it turns out that there is absolutely nothing to be nervous about. It is such an exciting ride, and the group of guides with us made sure we were all comfortable and secure. The short hikes between ziplines were beautiful as well!

Great experience. Loads of fun. Stunning scenery!! Awesome guides. Friendly and excellent guides would recommend highly and workout reservation!!
