What a lovely find! On Reykavik’s main drag, we were drawn into the shop by the entirely crave-able kitchen goodies - biggest Rosle display I’ve seen in years - when the charming owner pointed us up the spiral staircase to their cafe. Home cooked deliciousness and fine coffee served by super friendly staff.

I stop by at Kokka, Laugavegur, whenever I need something for my kitchen, whether it'll be a new french frying pan or some strange device for cooking fish in the microwave. I shop for presents for my friends. The colors and quality are a real trademark for Kokka.

Nice small store with a bit of personality - though of course there are lots of kitchen shops around the world. Would have been nice for this to have a greater selection of Icelandic products.

We stopped by Kokka during our recent trip to Iceland. The shop has interesting kitchen items unique to Scandinavian design. We purchased several items that were placed in a carry bag too small to carry by its handles. When we asked the sales clerk if she could move items to a larger bag (our items were breakable), she appeared irritated by our ask. We were surprised by her reaction given the very simple request and one she should have determine when packaging. All other shops in Reykjavík were lovely with helpful sales staff so hopefully this was just someone having a bad day!
