We had a great time at the Jacobsen Loftið. The bartender Filip was the best. He made great drinks for us and even let us pick music that we liked ,we were the only guests during that period. Later more people showed up and I highly recommend the place.

Fantastic old meets new atmosphere in this former sewing workshop of a fashion designer. Great staff serving great tailor made cocktails (no pun intended, they have no menu but serve cocktails based on what you tell them what you like).

Number one bar in Iceland! The bartenders are not only great at making drinks, but also very friendly! You can have whatever drink you prefer. These people know their job! A must if you go to Iceland!

We came here on a whim walking down the block. AJ (the bartender and manager) was fantastic, a great host to a few tourists. Felt as if we were regulars. When we thought we would walk around exploring every bar, we ended up staying the night. Would recommend to anyone.

On a solo trip and this was one of the places I had only list of venues to visit. Visited on a Saturday night around 8pm, it was very low key and chill, not busy at all, but around 930 the DJ started rocking and people just poured in out of nowhere. The crowd was a variety of ages and everyone just enjoying their night, dancing and drinking. Of course the drinks in Iceland all are higher in price, but Already expected to pay to play, so the cost didn't matter, the experience was worth the great cocktails.
