I sent multiple mails and got prompt and correct information each time. All my tours were booked through them, even when they were 3rd party tours. Audur is genuinely immersed in making her company a one-stop shop for people visiting Iceland.

did the walking tour on our last day and found it insightful/interesting. we had day excursions every day so we didn't get to see much of reykjavik until then. the guide (the BF, now husband) was very knowledgeable too.
