If you're a fan of his, then this is the museum for you. It will take you approximately 15 minutes to see the entire museum. The woman at the reception provided extra reading material and also mentioned that there is a small cafe in the museum as well. Small parking lot available and it is probably a lovely 30 minute... More

My favorit museum in Reykjavík, situated by the seashore in most beautiful surroundings in the city of Reykjavík. It doesn´t matter how the weather is or what time of the year it is, you wiil enjoy your stay inside the museum aswell outside.

We took an afternoon to do this museum and Asmundarsafn and then walked back along the harbor to the downtown. This was a lovely afteroon - both museums were great it was nice to explore other areas of town and get off the beaten path.
