Pink Iceland West Iceland Safari

Glacier carved landscape and ancient curvy rivers, Iceland’s largest lava cave and the worlds’ most powerful hot spring - These are just few of our favorite things on Pink Iceland West Safari. On our journey West we will drive through the tranquil Whale fjord “bay” - which is rarely visited these days. The name gift of Whale fjord bay is uncertain but most believe the name derives from an old legend of Rauðhöfði the infamous Red Headed Whale whose Reign of terror ended with his heart exploding on top of Whale Mountain. But like so many of our folktales it all started with a furious elf.

It wasn’t long after my wife and I got engaged that we decided we were going to elope to Iceland. Unsure of where to begin, we decided to reach out to Pink Iceland to help us plan our dream wedding. We were paired with the most amazing wedding planner, shout out to Haffi! Haffi made the whole process stress free. Haffi literally did everything, all we had to do was share pictures in our googledoc of what we imagined and he made it happen. He and the Pink team found everything we wanted, from our flowers and cake, to makeup and hair, the best officiant, photographer, and videographer. We’ve received many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful everything was. We’ve heard so many couples say how they wish their day was more about them and that’s exactly what Pink Iceland made sure of. From the moment our day started, we were catered to and treated with so much love and kindness. We had the pleasure of our wonderful wedding planner driving us to each location, and after each one, he was always waiting with jackets to keep us warm and beverages to keep us hydrated ;) If you are thinking about eloping or getting married in Iceland, please reach out to the Pink Iceland team- you will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys for an amazing experience! Lots of love, The Dobbins

My wife and I recently got married in Iceland and it would not have happened without Hannes and the team at Pink Iceland. We started our process around 2 years ago, we had been to Iceland quite a few times and really loved the entire vibe in the country. We really had no idea what we wanted to do except that we wanted to try and pull off a destination wedding. We emailed multiple planners in Iceland and knew immediately that Hannes was one for us. Starting from his initial response, he was extraordinarily compassionate, understanding and listened to us. He walked us through so many different options, gave us really amazing advice and pulled together having 60 people (!!!) travel from all over the world to come to Iceland for a long weekend that culminated in our wedding! We spent two nights in Reykjavik and two nights at Budir. I am honestly still in disbelief that everything came together as well as it did. We had no issues whatsoever on the day of the wedding and Hannes and his folks took care of EVERYTHING. Cannot recommend them enough! Their experience with coordinating the details and intricacies of all the different vendors was evident. If you are considering a wedding planner in Iceland, in our opinion, Pink Iceland is the only option.

Stop searching and use Pink Iceland! We seriously got so much more than expected. We originally found Pink Iceland because we were planning a wedding, but also used their services for activities before and after our wedding day. Everyone we worked with is organized, honest, and professional. They excel in everything they offer. Hannes is the best and truly put together a magical wedding for us. Everything was thoughtful and handled gracefully. Pink Iceland also helped with our honeymoon planning. They set up fun and unique activities for us and our guests. Ziggy did a great job and was extra amazing and understanding of the challenges of traveling during our current world health issues. It would have been so easy for Ziggy and everyone at Pink Iceland to move on from us since our activities were set and our wedding was complete, but they stuck with us and made adjustments until we were able to make it home. We really felt like they cared about us and our well being. This is always special to find in a business, but right now it's worth its weight in gold. Hannes, Ziggy, and Pink Iceland (wedding and travel planning) and are truly special, and provide a caring, and unique experience that is nearly impossible to find. We got much more than expected and couldn't ask for anything more. Our hearts are so full and we are forever grateful we were lucky enough to find Pink Iceland.

Dear R+A, thank you for trusting us with planning your wedding and being so incredibly brave and flexible in the most unusual circumstances the Coronavirus pandemic has brought with it. Your wedding will do down in Pink Iceland's history books as the last wedding we planned before our world changed. Thankfully everything and everyone was wonderful resulting in so many warm memories which now serve as a reminder to keep on carrying on while we wait for the world to bounce back. With love from Hannes, Ziggy and the Pink Iceland Team.
