Our hotel booked this private tour at the last minute after another tour company cancelled our tour just 12 hours before it was scheduled. Toni, our guide was exceptional and the custom tour allowed us to see both the new volcano and the blue lagoon on the same day prior to our Viking cruise. Most other tours do not. Highly recommend this relatively new company. They have a policy to never cancel a tour.

10/10 would recommend these 2 guides from Holiday tours ! They are Tomasz and Tom!
Went on the northern lights tour with Tom and it was absolute fun ! Could tell he has passion for what he does and made sure he did his best to find the best northern lights for us .
Plus the hot chocolate drink we had during the tour was the bomb!
Tom bought the tour to another level of fun with his funny jokes and willingness to share information on Iceland with us . Tour made exceptional with our awesome guide Tom！
The next day we went on Snaefellsnes Tour with Tomasz and he was another fun guide to do the tour with.Very patient ,friendly and knowledgeable about the tour and always not hesitating to share info about Iceland with us . He could have just drop us off at each stop and pick us up after ,but he still made effort to come along and guide us on stops that had slightly slippery or uneven paths while explaining and sharing more information even though it was not really required of him to do so. He also took really nice photos for us and told us to take our time at the stop while he head back to the car to wait for us to give us the space to explore .Glad our last tour was with him and we enjoyed our last day very much !

We were lucky to see the northern lights on 28th Jan 2022 as the conditions weren’t perfect but our amazing guide Tomas endlessly pursued the best spot for catching the green wonders, dished out the hot choc on the bus when we got cold and waited out until the end when we were lucky to see the lights changing shape over a period of time. He even gave tips on how to take best photos with a smart phone and talked about interesting history and facts all journey. Would go again, highly recommend!

It’s hardly the first place you’d expect a Goethe reference, but the fizzy, ’80s-influenced synthpop song that closes Liu Jian’s animated Berlin competition title “Have a Nice Day” (written, like all the film’s irresistible soundtrack cues, by composer David Liang of the Shanghai Restoration Project) does feature the chorus line, “I am the sorrows of young Werther.” But then, incongruity is sort of the name of the game here: Liu’s storyline may be a slight and generic madcap gangster/hitman/thief movie, but the details of aesthetic design and character interaction flesh it out into something a little more wittily resonant, if not exactly deep. The pointed inventiveness of the carefully premeditated form doesn’t just compensate for the banality of the content, it becomes the content.

We only had 3 days in Iceland so we wanted to make the most of it. We wanted a Golden Circle trip with a tour guide and our hotel helped us book Holiday Tours.
It had the main big stops in the Golden Circle PLUS a stop at the Tomato Farm that also has Icelandic horses!
Our driver, Chris (Pronounced Christ-tosh) was great! Safe driver, gave us plenty of info not just in the history but also logistics which my personality type needs if I’m on a 10 hour tour.
The pick up was prompt and right at our hotel (Midgardur Center Hotels) and we drove off as a mini bus of 18 people.
Because we were here in Dec, sunrise started around 10am to get light out. Some were able to watch the Iceland sunrise as we travelled and for many stops.
The tomato farm was very cool, just be weary of what u order for food (if you order). We had two soups, split a pasta dish, 1 Bloody Mary and it was $80+ but that’s just Iceland!
We got tons of great pics, learned a little of history and our guide was funny!
The last stop was the Secret Lagoon for hour and half then a relaxing drive back to Reykjavík
Def book yourself a trip!

I have traveled a lot and have taken many tours but this was the best. Michal was our guide for one of the most magical days of my life. We were lucky to have incredibly good weather and Michal took full advantage to show us why he fell in love with this beautiful country. It seemed that each stop we made on the tour was more jaw dropping than the last. Between stops, Michal played Icelandic music, gave us history, told stories local to the area, and answered our many questions. I asked if it would be possible to see the Icelandic horses up close, something that was not part of the tour. He made it happen - to the delight of everyone in our group. While I took many pictures of these majestic animals, my iPhone pictures couldn’t do them justice. When I asked, Michal sent me pictures he took with a professional camera. I’m going to print them and hang them on my wall. He went far above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the tour and were happy at the end of it. All of us were. Don’t hesitate for a moment to take this tour. Highly, highly recommended!

Had a very disappointing evening tour.
Our elderly driver seemed confused at the beginning regarding the number of passengers and it got worse. We felt unsafe from the start. No safety instructions re seatbelts etc and driving that did not give us any confidence.
Driver tried to share information as he drove but a combination of a mic that did not work and him talking not stop to himself made the trip embarrassing. We tried to tell him no one could hear but he just carried on.
No northern lights but this was not why the tour was disappointing.

The super jeep northern lights tour guide, Sara, was amazing! She was very engaging, attentive and helpful throughout the whole tour. Althought the northern lights was not strong for that night, Sara made the whole experience very warm and memorable. She brought us to a lake for hot chocolates, icelandic drink and donuts where we shared our stories. Strongly recommended to join the tour and a must to go on this tour with Sara.

They were there when everyone else cancelled our tours at the last minute. They responded promptly and really saved the day, every day, for us. Our tour guide Julian was very thoughtful and made exceptional last minute suggestions. This includes the Fridheimar for lunch and telling us about Perlman, among many other recommendations. He allowed us to linger wherever we wanted making our tours more meaningful. They even accommodated requests for a roomier vehicle. Thank you RTI!! We will be back.

Great tour provider! We had booked three tours with this company after reading such great reviews online. Unfortunately two of them were cancelled due to poor weather and closed roads, but the one we were able to participate in was incredible. We did the Golden Circle day tour, and we had the best time! The tomato farm for lunch was an added bonus that really elevated the trip. Our guide Matte was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we enjoyed talking to the other guests as well. Holiday Tours/Reykjavík Tourist Info was also very helpful in answering our questions leading up to our trip to Iceland. Highly recommend!
