Service was always on time and the company was able to adjust our plans to make the most of our days even thought we had terrible weather. We always felt safe with our driver/guide, Haukur and he was extremely polite and informative. Super well recommended!

The team at IceLimo are the absolute best. I highly recommend them to those who are interested in a private tour of Iceland’s famous spots and attractions. My wife and I used them on two separate occasions on our recent vacation to Iceland. Our drivers/tour guides were Jon and Birgir. They were very professional and provided us with amazing experiences. Ask for either of them. You won’t regret it. Also a special thanks to Ryan who helped organize and schedule our rides/tours.

Our group of 6 worked with Mateusz for two days - first on a Golden Circle tour and transfer to Vik, and then on a full day tour of the southern coast. Through our time together, we found Mati to be prompt, friendly, professional, and accommodating. In addition to our planned activities, Mati suggested additional experiences we may enjoy, and was quick to pivot with a great suggestion when one activity was canceled. His warmth, friendliness, and willingness to answer our many questions added so much to our trip!

We took a 4 day trip to Iceland, and choose Icelimo to guide us on this beautiful land of Ice. It was the best choise ! Our guite was very nice and had exellent knowledge about the areas we visited. Best of Best, definitely will use them again if we decide to come back!

IceLimo picked our family up at the airport in Iceland and transported us to the hotel. We had made other private tour arrangements, but cancelled them and let IceLimo set up our tours. We were very pleased with their promptness, service and drivers. The Mercedes vans were immaculate and new. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Icelimo took great care of us and showed us the beautiful areas around Reykjavik. Mateuz was an excellent tour guide - warm (not just the car😁), knowledgeable, friendly and funny! He went that little bit extra that made us feel he was really looking out for us and gave us the experience we’d hoped for. Highly recommend Mateuz and Ice Limo!

I am so impressed with this company and Ryan who put together the itinerary of a lifetime that I moved to share the experience even before our trip has started. I contacted Icelimo for assistance in organizing a private tour that would include experiencing as many attractions and places as possible while our cruise ship is docked in Reykjavik this summer. Ryan has absolutely blown me away with the excellent service and response to my never ending questions and requests for clarifications on exactly what we would be seeing and experiencing. Ryan answered my inquiries on his day off, after midnight and offered suggestions and provided me pictures as well. When I shared the itinerary with the rest of group, they too were amazed with what our Icelimo tour would include. Of the companies we contacted none came close to the level of service that Icelimo did. I only wish I could find someone like Icelimo in Akureyri! I will follow up with feedback on the actual excursion once we have experienced it this summer!

We did the private tour around the south end, Gilfi picked us up right on time and showed us a grand time. I would highly recommend ICELIMO to anyone going there, I've been 3x now and this is my first experience with ICELIMO and they are leaps and bounds above the other tour guide groups. They also took us to a private hot spring that was unbelievably awesome and my girlfriend loved it.

Awesome experience! We visited Iceland for the first time for a 30th birthday. I booked this tour, in the first instance, due to great customer service from Ryan! He was so helpful! Even before I had committed to the tour, he emailed me with lots of info about Reykjavik and really impressed me with his eagerness to help. His passion for Iceland really shone through! Our guide Glyfi collected from our hotel and we spent an amazing day travelling round to see spectacular sites. We had exactly the right balance of walking, driving, time with Glyfi and time to explore on our own. His knowledge was incredible! I would highly recommend Icelimo luxury travel to anyone who wants to see Iceland in style! Really worth the money.

A group of four of us visited Iceland at the end of January and the beginning of February. We planned to be in Reykjavik for four days. We decided to contact Icelimo about their Northern Lights tour because of their stellar TripAdvisor reviews. They wrote back promptly and told us in order to increase the odds of seeing the Northern Lights it would be best if we gave a phone number so that they could call us every day during our vacation and let us know which night would be the best to view the phenomenon. So we told them our dates we would be in town, provided them our address where we would be staying, and gave them a phone number so that they could contact us. The communication via email prior to our trip was perfectly fine.
However, when we arrived to Iceland not ONCE did my party receive a call to update us on the weather conditions for the four days we were there like was promised. Nor did I receive a reply to the email I wrote inquiring about why I hadn't heard from them. We also tried the 24 hour phone number they provided us with to no avail. I haven't even gotten an email explaining why we fell through the cracks from Icelimo since our trip ended.
At that point on our last day we tried to book with another company but it was too late. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I understand that the weather conditions might not have been ideal (although an art gallery owner we talked to said he saw the Northern Lights on the third night we were in Reykjavik), but at least a phone call communicating that fact would have been very much appreciated.
I do not recommend Icelimo to anyone traveling to Iceland in the future.

Would it be better to travel in November over thanksgiving or late March. We have a family of 14 ranging in age from 9-17 in kids and 5 adults. Would your services be able to accommodate?

The Aurora is never guaranteed , I would allow your self at least 1 week in Iceland as you would have a better chance to see them. Here in Iceland it can be cloudy and we estimate each day if conditions are good to go out and explore. Can you send me an email and happy to answer additional questions about cost. I think to be safe you should have a voltage regulator. When I moved to Iceland I blew up my xbox, I wasn't thinking. Since then I bought this off Amazon back in the states and it works amazing for my Electric Piano , Laptop , New xbox : )
