My husband and I have become addicted to these "free" walking tours whenever we visit a new city. And this one did not disappoint. Our guide, Thor for short, was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We learned quite a few things, including how to pronounce the name of that volcano that put Iceland on the map 10 years ago !

Great way to get acquainted with the city and the people! Our guide, Þorhullur, is a stand-up comedian and it showed! The walk was hilarious! I can also highly recommend signing up for their free guide of Iceland on their website (a bit tricky to find). It contained tons of useful tips and great places to visit and eat at ;)

We had Thor (sorry for not writing your full first name) as guide and he did a great job telling about Icelands history, constitution, teaching is how to pronounce islandic words and why puffins are so famous here. And all topped with an icelandic sense of humor. Great suggestion for lunch was the „Seabaron“ at the harbour - good food for value. Fully happy and recemmended :-)

Erik was the guide on our tour. Very glad we took part. As mentioned by other reviewers there were plenty of interesting facts during the 2 hour walk in a very relaxed atmosphere. Best wishes to Erik and Thomas in these difficult times.
