Best to go to their website and check the calendar. I would imagine it would be a wee chilly in December.

The stable should be able to accommodate both your husband and daughter. There is an FAQ on their website which if I remember correctly allows riders up to 225 lbs. My husband is just under 200 and he rode just fine.
