Snaefellsnes is such a beautiful area! The tour guide was very professional and gave us enough time to walk along the shore and appreciate the beautiful landscape in the villages. It's a very relaxing tour and Snaefellsnes is one of my favorite parts in Iceland....More

This was the third bus tour we took and we were blown away! We loved all of our other tours but this was one of my favorites. The western peninsula is absolutely beautiful. The drive itself is just incredible. Our first stop was at a...More

Sublime, perfection on a perfect sun filled day viewing the Snaefellsnes Glacier from afar and driving to it. Looks a bit like Mt Fuji! This one blew it's top some two thousand years ago and has a crater on top. The mountain stands proud overlooking...More

For whatever reason this is not as big a tourist route as the others but in my opinion was much better. Take a day trip from the city and visit the peninsula.

Landscapes like the ones on this peninsula are pretty rare. Desolate, lava strewn fields with a backdrop of craggy or smooth mountains, a glacier, countless streams and waterfalls, horses, sheep and the odd goat. On the coast there are birds galore which you can get...More

I'm sure it was an amazing tour, especially since it was sunny and warm the day I was booked for, if you were picked up successfully. I had booked this full-day trip in advance for my last full day in Iceland. They told me to...More

This tour was the first tour we did on our week-long vacation in Iceland, and it was one of the best! It's probably much more green in Spring/Summer, but I found it just as lovely in the winter! Our guide was very good and gave...More

If they're offering the tour then I would say yes. Any tour is worth doing. You'll never find perfect weather in Iceland. I went in Sept and most of my tour days had rain.
