This geyser is quite a tourist destination while in Iceland. But, if you have ever been to Yellowstone N.P. this geyser is just average.

I don't like coach travel but this was definitely the best way to see these sights. Our guide was brilliant and gave us so much information on Icelandic history and knowledge. We made 3 stops which were really worth seeing. The stop times seemed generous,...More

The waterfalls are awe-inspiring, demonstrating the power of nature. Huge amount of water which thunders down into canyon at two levels is a magnificent view.

We found the geyser to be stunning!! It goes every few minutes and is super impressive. The landscape around is fascinating. For sure go here. The only draw back is that everyone does go here so it is crowded!

This was one of the highlights of my time in Iceland. I was awed by the frequency of the Geyser going off. I captured some amazing pictures and videos. Shopping and lunch at the restaurant was wonderful as was the service. Enjoy the pictures.

Then on...More

Gullfoss is one of the most amazing natural wonders I have ever seen. we were told that the water passing over the falls would fill 60 shipping containers in 1 second.

Had a great visit to this spot. Loved the steam coming up from all around and the small bubbling hot pools. The best is the geyser that blows every 5-8 min, 35-40 feet in the air. My daughter loved getting soaked. A memory she will...More

We took the "shorter" version of the golden circle tour, about 6.5 or 7 hours in total, although many seemed to be 10 or so hours and it wasn't clear if they went to extra places or just stayed at the same sites a bit...More
