About BusTravel Iceland
Bustravel Iceland is one of the oldest tourism companies in Iceland and carries that rich heritage on its shoulders in everything it does. Originally founded in 1960 under the name of Þingvallaleið (Thingvellir Route), the company was re-imagined in 2015 to take on the form it does today. This re-imagining brought with it an all new startup mentality to the tourism industry though while we have the attitude of a startup we maintain our deep roots and experience in the tourism industry. We bring a fresh outlook on sharing the unique qualities of Iceland with our customers. By thinking outside the box and going the extra mile for our customers, our team is able to provide great service at competitive rates. We are continually evaluating ourselves and our tours to ensure that we are offering our customers the most innovative and enjoyable experiences at the highest level of service.

Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon—the largest of its kind in Iceland—borders the Vatnajökull National Park in the southeast of the country. On this tour, spin through the Icelandic countryside with your guide who drives and navigates, and enjoy spectacular views over the coastal scenery. Watch icebergs floating in the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, and visit the Séljalandsfoss Waterfall—with round-trip travel from your Reykjavik hotel included.

Go deep into a world of blue ice and frozen tunnels on a full-day tour from Reykjavík to the man made Ice Cap Glacier on Langjökull. Start the day at the steaming Deildartunguhver hot spring, then see the lacy, scenic waterfalls at Hraunfossar. Rumble through ice caves in an 8-wheel monster truck, then continue on foot into caves lit by vivid LED lights. Listen to the sounds of creaking ice and dripping water, then return to the surface and relax on a comfortable bus for the trip back to Reykjavík.

A wonderful experience with the outstanding Mr Howser as driver/tour guide. His knowledge and passion for his country, its geography and heritage was striking. The tour included unscheduled elements and lasted well over 9 hours. Outstanding value.

As anticipated, this is worth sighted. What I liked most was the helpers ' talks. Allow this trip to take at least partial a day.

My suggestion would be the Golden Circle with the Secret Lagoon. Great taste of Iceland. I would also agree about the special Icelandic hotdog. Down by the pier. Enjoy.
