We just returned from our first trip to Iceland. We decided to book some tours on this trip which is a novelty for us and we are sure glad we did. During initial inquiries into several reputable companies, Reykjavik Outventure stood out immediately with their quick, thorough responses. During the back and forth setting things up Johann and Margret promptly answered all of my questions, asked good questions and helped us pinpoint what would be best for us. Margret even recommended watching Katla and some Icelandic music to check out. We ended up on three separate day tours - Private Golden Circle, Private South Coast and the 5 Star Volcano Tour. All exceeded our expectations. Our guide for all three was Kristinn and from the get go we clicked and our time in Iceland was special. Margret had conveyed all of our thoughts and priorities and Kristinn incorporated them perfectly into our private tour days. Kristinn's stories, information, knowledge, secret tips and side stops, and good vibe really became the highlight of of our Icelandic trip, not only on the days we were with him but it also enhanced our overall appreciation and stoke of Iceland. We really appreciated that Kristinn spent time talking with our daughter and made her feel included and like a star.We absolutely recommend Reykjavik Outventure if planning a trip to Iceland.
