We had a day packed of activities and beautiful places. Our guide Kiddi, the nicest human. Very knowledgeable and treated us like royalty. We went to Seljalandsfoss, Eyjafjallajokull, Skogafoss, and Solheimajokull glacier. At the glacier, we met with Yandi for an amazing hike! He was so much fun and had us drink glacier water, explained us a bunch about the glacier and showed us an amazing little ice cave. This is a must do experience in Iceland!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the experience! The trip to the farm was one of our favorite parts, as we absolutely loved the food and stories from one of the sister that owns the farm. The ice cream was also fantastic. Want to give a shout-out to Gloumer, our guide. I mentioned the young adults wanted to pet the Icelandic horses, and he had a great spot for us to meet them. Very cool experience. Only complaint is the tour says it includes free Wifi, which it did not. This was only important as we had college students with us that needed it. Other than that it was awesome.

If they are low on space, they will either force you to reschedule or cancel on you with very little warning. It is not very helpful to offer rescheduling for international travelers who likely already have plans, as any sort of moving around means that you are losing other parts of your trip. Save your money and just do the lava tubes/volcano hike by yourself, then spend the money on a tour that will actually stick to plans.

This was a very nice tour and a great combination between all the experiences. The farm lunch was great. We were giving a small food tour by one of the owners of the family farm. This made the experience that much more special since you can tell she is so proud of her family's legacy. All the stop along the Golden Circle as amazing. The secret lagoon is rustic and different from the tourist feel of the Blue Lagoon. Highly recommend this tour!

We just returned from our first trip to Iceland. We decided to book some tours on this trip which is a novelty for us and we are sure glad we did. During initial inquiries into several reputable companies, Reykjavik Outventure stood out immediately with their quick, thorough responses. During the back and forth setting things up Johann and Margret promptly answered all of my questions, asked good questions and helped us pinpoint what would be best for us. Margret even recommended watching Katla and some Icelandic music to check out. We ended up on three separate day tours - Private Golden Circle, Private South Coast and the 5 Star Volcano Tour. All exceeded our expectations. Our guide for all three was Kristinn and from the get go we clicked and our time in Iceland was special. Margret had conveyed all of our thoughts and priorities and Kristinn incorporated them perfectly into our private tour days. Kristinn's stories, information, knowledge, secret tips and side stops, and good vibe really became the highlight of of our Icelandic trip, not only on the days we were with him but it also enhanced our overall appreciation and stoke of Iceland. We really appreciated that Kristinn spent time talking with our daughter and made her feel included and like a star.We absolutely recommend Reykjavik Outventure if planning a trip to Iceland.
