Good staff that went through what to do before the session. Clean and cozy room with towels, earplugs,extra float for the head/body and private shower. The tank/capsule lets you feel like there is no gravity, 35°C saltwater. Zen accomplished :)

Very nice experiance. You get a snek peak in beeing waitless and flying feel. This does wonders for my back and neck. Also can get þó deep metitation state. Must try for everyone
