Directions for Tour is poor. There are different buses picking you up and dropping you off. No one explains what you are doing or the process. My sons luggage was taken off a bus when we first got here by another passenger and the bus driver said that it is our responsibility to make contact and get it corrected. Bo was very knowledgeable, made the tour very interesting with all the insights he shared. We also enjoyed his quiet sense of humor. Will highly recommend this tour. We just wish there was more option for lunch because the Black Beach restaurant was a bit pricey.

The tour process is fragmented into multiple tasks. The individual task is done by different company or service provider such as pick-up handled by some provider, tour handled by another, move to lagoon by another, so on so on. It means the traveller has to figure it out by themself. This makes so frustration to foreigners. I observed this phenomena with three different travelers. All of them complains this fragmented tasks.…

Karen was our guide and Martins our driver - great driving in difficult conditions with low cloud and rain. Karen was a fabulous guide, giving us lots of information as we were travelling and specific info about the sights. The whole trip felt very relaxed and on point. Karen was always ready to chat and answer our questions - even spent the return journey chatting with a little girl about the trolls in Iceland. Thoroughly recommend!…
