It may take a while for you to find, but Keflavik is not so big, and if you are walking in the harbour you will eventually arrive here. It is a known Icelandic giantess popular in kids tales. It ends being a small cave with...More

It takes a couple minutes to visit, but is decently kept and could be a fun quick visit for children.

The sound effects are excellent, an odoriferous component would top it off. The cave and the giantess are excellently done and the story is great. I believe it is appealing to all ages but especially children.

Down by the harbour, a short walk. This storybook character is explained at the entrance and as you enter the cave you can hear snores coming from the figure. Quite effective! Might be a little frightening for smaller children.

But a nice little cave with a fake giant in it for free. That's why I rate it highly. Someone thought enough for the kids to offer this cave attraction.

Wouldn't go out of the way, but it is a small cool place. The giantess does scare people who are not expecting it, so do maybe a sense of surprise for your uninitiated fellow travelers

Great fun for the kids Skessy is very large and does seem to snore belch and fart a lot. She has a large collection of dummies on her tree left by the children who visit

A man made cave but cute. The story behind the girls and boys giving up there pacifier, and hanging on the tree for the Troll Children, made it more enjoyable. Takes all of 2 minutes to see. Free as well.

I didn't realise this was not a real cave but man-made. However, I am sure younger children would enjoy seeing the Giantess!
