This shopping center is located in the very heart of Kotka, between Sibelius Park and Kotka Marketplace.
You can find here many stores, cafes, and restaurants under the same roof.
We visited the S-market grocery store on the ground floor.

You will find some basic clothing stores and coffee shops here. Place is very clean but small and quiet sometimes.

There are all those basic stores located in this easy to access shopping center at Kotka. Nice parking under ground (especially in winter when there’s snow and ice on your car ❤️)

The mall is quite small. You can find some fast food here.
Nothing really special here.
You can find parking spots everywhere. We did not have to pay and parked nearby.

Nothing extraordinary with this mall, good or bad. Usual shops you will find in pretty much everywhere. The mall is fairly small and you don’t end up spending a lot of time taking care of day to day businesses. Attached underground parking is convenient.

Nice size shopping mall, right next to Kotka market place. Was partly under renovation (02/17) inside, but that didn't bother us at all. Good selection of shops and have also few places to eat too.

I needed a few bits and pieces while in Kotka and I found them all here! There's Sokos, a sports shop, shoe shops, a pharmacy as well as several nice cafes and fast food restaurants.
The whole mall is sparkling clean and reasonably well laid out, despite having had bits added to it since it was first built. In addition it's a manageable size, which I like much more than the huge malls in the bigger cities where you can never find what you want or have to tramp miles.
One of the exits opens out onto Market Square, an advantage in itself and another onto the beautiful Sibelius Park.

I badly needed some of those rollers with sticky paper that take cat hair off your clothes as I can't get them in Morocco. My friend with whom I was staying in Siltakylä said, OK, we'll have to go into Kotka and Pasaati. Sure enough, we got them with no problem.
This is a surprisingly large mall for such a relatively small town and it has many shops and food outlets. It must have been here for at least 25 years as I can remember it in the 80s, although it has been extensively remodelled and extended.
We looked around the shops, I made a few more purchases and we had a coffee.
It's absolutely pristine and the lavatories were spotless.
