This was a very nice surprise, hidden amongst the trees, a very well preserved old wooden imperial fishing house. Definitely worth visiting; friendly staff was very eager to share details.

This Russian Tsar Alexander III fishing lodge was built in 1888. The location is pretty and the group of buildings is steeped in history.

At the outskirts of Kotka you can visit the former russian imperial fishing lodge. I would adwise to do this on a sunny day in order to see the nice nature, as the former lodge is not worth to pay 6€.
