If you stay near the city centre of Helsinki, you’ll very likely come here to shop groceries, sundry items, books or grab a quick bite. It’s a convenient one-stop place for you to get the necessities, as it’s right above the metro station. Otherwise there’s no good reason just to come here to shop.

This centrally located mall and transport hub was opened in 2006.

Our friends wanted to visit the Muji store. However, it was closed on Christmas Day. It was hard to find the correct opening times from the internet.

So no shopping this time but we saw the beautiful Christmas lights.

We'd not seen anything like this in Australia as used to outdoor covered areas being part of shopping malls but Kamppi had none.Very austere building.

The lower level has a bus station located right near the supermarket entrance which we found odd and there didn't appear to be anywhere to purchase tickets from an actual person so we preferred to walk to the main coach station.

The stores appeared to be on the expensive side and only saw one chain type store-all others looked like brand names but could be wrong.

We didn't see an information booth despite going there every day.Had never had to pay to use toilets before so also found that a strange experience.

Would only recommend going here to buy anything if you are desperate or staying nearby and wish to purchase groceries-there are 2 largish supermarkets and all staff seemed to speak English which was very helpful.

Was told there was a movie theatre somewhere but never found it.

Be aware that for whatever reason,Finnish people seem to like to take their dogs everywhere, which is allowed,so don't be surprised to even see them in the supermarkets walking along with their owners.

I tried to return shoes that my mother bought for me discounted in Muji shop, but the cashier refused to take it saying the discounted goods are not returnable.
In fact, the purchase of these shoes was done by the wrong advice from the seller. My mother asked about the size of the shoes, because the marking of the size in this shop is confusing for europeans. Seller said that it is size 42, but de facto is about two sizes more. Practically, I am a victim of seller's incompetence. Be aware of sellers incompetence.

The food court has Singapore Hot Wok, its the best Singaporean food this side of Singapore. Family run, they take pride in their food. Just don't spill your drink, as the sign says. If you miss real good food from Singapore, this is the place to visit.

The location is very convenient, just across main train station and right on top of a metro station. It is a standard shopping center.

It's a nice enough mall but the selection of shops is pretty meh but Scandinavian standards. I do prefer it to Forum, however, and there are a few fun places--when I was there, there was a Nordic design popup and I did enjoy going to some of the cafes.

If you do go: the bathrooms on the fifth floor are free. Most of the others are not.

A medium to high-priced shopping center in the heart of the city, It sits atop Helsinki's central bus depot, and it has its own metro station below. Right across from Tennispalatsi, where you can find the Taidemuseo and a very large multiplex cinema, Kamppi is full of designer shops and restaurants. From the Heureka shop to Calvin Klein or Guess, going through Finlands most expected shops like Bijou Briggite, Indiska and GameStop.

There are also two large grocery stores, one of which is the uber popular new K-Supermarket next to the metro. It's one of those places where you can find just about anything, and they have great fresh produce (fish, meats, cheeses, etc).

Restaurant and cafe-wise, there's a bit for every taste. Fancier places like Empire Plaza and Minos alternate with everyday fare like Fafa's and Don Corleone's. There's even a Ben and Jerry's and a Plantagen. My favorite café is Espresso House, a chain reminscent of the US Xando chain. It puts Starbucks to shame, and has great atmosphere.

To be honest, you can't ask for more in a shopping center.

As we were staying at Sokos Presidentii hotel, we wanted to do some quick shopping. The hotel suggested Kamppi as it was just behind our hotel.
It is not a very big mall compared to big malls in Europe. But it it served our purpose. Most of the big brands and local brands were available. It was not very crowded and so we could pick up what we needed. We purchased some local brand clothes for the children also.
