Filled with restaurants and bars, with multiple levels that will connect you to the rest of the Helsinki area quickly and inexpensively, the only train stations in the entire world better that I have ever seen are in Switzerland.

Helsinki railway station is like jungle now days. Avoid it at all costs. Mainly African and middle-easter people harassing everyone and shouting, yelling, washing clothes in bathrooms etc.

Not sure attraction in its own right but well worth spending a few minutes exploring the place as the architecture is stunning. Classic Art Deco and amazing that this is the central station.

The level of English in Helsinki is very high. If you can speak English then you can get along very easily in all tourist areas as well on transport.
