This was such a positive visit for us. We heard of Fallkulla almost by mistake, but decided to take a look. Lot of farm animals, bunnies, pigs, lambs, cows, horses etc with no entrance fee. Even horseback riding (instructor walking with the pony) and nice small cafeteria both with very low prices. Our son really enjoyed our afternoon there. Highly... More

This is a great place for seeing original Finnish farm life near to the city centre. You can't find anything similar in Helsinki area. The farm is operated by the city of Helsinki. This is one of my favourites, a farm that also functions as a youth cenrte. Best seen in the spring lambing season, also home to several goats/kids, pigs/piglets and the rare breed of original Finnish cows. Has a cafe as well.
