Wonderful tour with well informed and charming guide. We saw and learned a lot in our three hour tour. They were able to put together a tour for my teenage daughter and myself on very short notice. Well worth the money and highly recommend.

Originally, I posted a review which was rather negative. Helsinki Tour called to apologize and offer a refund, which we declined. The tour guide was rather rude, confusing, and abandoned my mom at multiple locations (i.e. walking off when she got on the ferry, so she didn't know when or where to get off). Helsinki Tours explained that this guide was not a regular, and it has been noted.
The sights that were presented were wonderful and my mom said she learned a good amount, and was able to turn it into a positive experience.
Mini was great at communication and was very helpful at every stage of this!

My friend and I took this tour on our first visit to Helsinki. It was a great way to see different parts of the city, get our bearings and check out Suomennlinna. Our guide was really friendly and knowledgable and really flexible when someone in the group wanted to check something out. The first half of the tour is conducted by van, then there's a walking portion, then you take the ferry to Suomennlinna. We were on the island for just the right amount of time, and the tour duration was good. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Helsinki for the first time!

WOW! This tour was amazing. Asthaloy was our guide and he was absolutely phenomenal. We ended up being the only people on the tour that day so we had him as basically our private guide! He picked us up at our hotel (he was there before we even walked out) and provided us with a great day! He was very informative about the history of Finland and the 3 different phases of history (Swedish, Russian, and Finnish)! He was also very fun to talk to as he had lived in the US some and was also in the Finnish Army! He made the tour very personal and made sure that we were going at our own pace and gave us many recommendations and tips based on what we liked to do! We had lunch at the old market hall and he recommended a soup restaurant. My boyfriend was nervous at first because he is not typically a big soup guy. But we trusted Asthaloy and it totally paid off! It was some of the best food we had eaten on our entire 3 week trip! We told him that we loved Christmas shops too so he purposely went out of his way (because we had time) and took us to two amazing shops - one nearby the underground church, and one in the city center! I was in heaven! We also happened to go to the fortress on museum day (meaning you could get into any museum for free) and he took us to the submarine museum which was very cool, as you could actually go inside! At the end of the tour he even showed us a wonderful bakery called Fazer to end our journey. I would do this tour over and over again! We loved it and we loved him! Highly recommend him and this tour if you’re wanting a interactive, personal, and detailed tour of Helsinki and the fortress! It couldn’t have been better!

A really good way to see Helsinki in a day and the guide is very knowledgeable on the history of Helsinki and friendly. A very interesting tour and also good tips on places to go for a local experience. Highly recommended.

A great tour with a fun informative tour guide. There was a lot to see and learn about Finnish history and culture. I did not make it to Olympic Stadium due to construction but several additional sights were added including Helsinki City Museum, Kamppi Chapel, and stops for local fudge and Korvapuusti to make up for it. Highly recommend!

Took the 3-hour tour from airport to city. It was only me so I got some special stops here and there. Highly recommended and my guide Sharma is really friendly!

An amazing sight, rich in an incredible history. Smothered in deep, dark and incredible caves, surounded by a beautiful sea and covered in a rich design. Suomenlinna is an amazing sight not to miss. I recomend finding every cave and plunging yourself headfirst into all of them.

We had a half-day tour of the city. Started off with a visit to an ice hotel. Full cold weather clothing, vodka in an ice glass on an ice counter, igloos, dog sleigh rides available, etc, great fun. See the Rock Church - one of the main attractions. 3 hours is plenty of time to explore.

Hi, 3 hours airport to city sightseeing is very good for customer who transfer through Helsinki Airport or first time be in Helsinki. We will pick up customer from Airport and drop back to Airport, customer can choose to drop off in City as well. The tour takes 3 hours, please reserve enough time for your next flights.
