Established in 2007 Amorgos Diving Center is the only PADI 5 star Diving resort on Amorgos and is based in Aegiali Bay.Over the last 8 years we have built a reputation of professionalism and customer service second to none.We offer a number of activities and courses to suit all levels from beginner to pro, such as underwater photography, peak performance buoyancy, night diving and many more.

Excellent Diving School - Highly Recommend

I visited in September 2020 and did my Rescue Diver qualification and some fun dives with Dimitris and his team at Amorgos dive centre. I have dived with them for three years in a row and would highly recommend them, whether you are a new diver, doing fun dives or taking a certification. All staff are very professional and friendly. Whatever type of diving you do, there is always a thorough briefing and safety is always at the forefront. The team are multi-lingual. There are also an excellent selection of dive sites including caverns, swim throughs and even the cargo of a Roman wreck.

Guaranteed great diving experience

The dive centre in Amorgos is one of the best organised ones I have seen in Greece. The team is very efficient in getting everything done in time and there are always dives you can join even when the weather conditions are not that great (whoever has visited the Cyclades islands in the summer knows how strong the winds can be).
We were not blessed to dive the wreck (due to the wind) but every dive we did around Nikouria and Gramvonisi was very entertaining.
If you're on the island, definitely go and dive with them!

Best, impossible!

I have done my Open Water certificate with them and it has been the most amazing experience ever. My instructor, Marion, was incredible, helpful, patience. She explained everything thousand times if needed. All of them were super friendly and since the first moment I feel like home. I had no really diving experience and I felt more than safe with her in the water. If you are looking for an amazing diving experience full of learning and on the best spots in this side of the island, they are the best. Open to answer all my questions always with a smile.
They also recommend a place to stay which does a good price for you as part of the diving center and really, I could not expect more from them.

Professional and Fun - An Experience I will Never Forget!

We took both an introductory free-diving course and our Open Water Scuba certification at Amorgos Diving Center. It was, without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had on vacation. For years I had procrastinated getting Scuba certified but this diving center immediately felt like the place to finally do it. The staff are warm and welcoming and they create the best environment for learning. They take safety very seriously and the technical instruction and equipment are high quality. They are patient and flexible with scheduling but run a very organized and professional setup. Above all, you can tell they enjoy sharing their love for diving with new people and they have fun doing it. Dimitrius has done a great job and we will definitely come back. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience here.

High Expectations... More Than Met

After previous diving experiences we came to Amorgos with high expectations which were all easily met and even surpassed by Dimitris and his wonderful international and skilful team. After theory, instruction and a shallow dive in the morning we went for an exciting boat trip to the small and inhabited island of Nikouriá where we plunged down in The Big Blue. A thrilling experience, very enjoyable, highly recommended, best dive ever !!

Amazing diving experience!

We arrived at Amorgos intending to go snorkeling but the team at Amorgos Diving Center made us super excited to go diving instead. We started with a try scuba and we fell in love with the underwater world right away. We eventually completed the full course and became SSI Certified Open Water Divers. We felt safe and supported at all times by the great team at the dive center due to their excellent experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the mystery of the sea, you will feel more than welcome in the Amorgos diving team. Special thanks to Nikolaus!

Diving at its best

Amorgos Diving Center is the best diving centre I have experienced. I do scuba diving but I know they have a great world reputation for free diving too.They are unbelievably professional and everything is organised perfectly. Especially during these challenging Covid-19 times, you need to trust that a diving centre is keeping all equipment disinfected and cleaned after use and before handing over to you your diving gear. This they do 100% and your healthy and safety come first for them. Also, the diving experience with them is so much fun and enjoyable, and you meet interesting people joining you on the dive too.

Incredible, exciting, and enlightening.

I did the SSI Freediving level 1&2. I highly recommend Amorgos Diving Center for its location and staff. The diving center is located right by a nice sandy beach near the town. The staff greets you every morning and the center has a very friendly and inviting environment. Giannis, my instructor, was super encouraging, supportive, and a overall a great teacher😀 The lessons were in very small group and I felt taken care of and seen during the entirety of my course. Will definitely visit again (for some more freediving or perhaps Scuba)

Terrific Diving Center on Amorgos!

Maybe I'm lucky but I've never been to a "bad" diving center. There is a competence and ethic in this industry that Amorgos Diving Center possesses in abundance. Really good communication, excellent guides and instructors, and at the center itself they can arrange all variety of activities for you.
My dives were terrific, full of fish, sea urchins, a cavern, and a color of blue that seems impossible in nature.

Advanced Open Water

We did the AOW dive course and we had a great time. We had Marion as our instructor, she was very professional and lots of fun. The other staff were also very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. Definitely recommend doing a night dive in the bay outside the centre, was the most life we saw in Greece. Thanks again for a great time.
