    Great respite from Cold
Excellent venue to see Santa with or without kids with a one price entry, no additional costs. Show was good as was the ice bar/sculptures, elf school, post office and train ride. Restaurant on site so you can easily spend a few hours and really nice to be warm for that time as everything is underground, short bus ride from town centre

    Great for kids!
I think this is a great place for kids even though I would consider it slightly pricy during the high season given what it offered. You can see Santa's car, gift shops, and a small Santa post office. You can also meet with Santa and decorate your own Elf or gingerbread cookie. They have an Elf acrobatic show which lasts ~15mins and I really enjoyed, lots of trampolines. There is an Elf school you can attend and a magic train. I think for kids it's a really great experience.

Don't get me wrong, the place is interesting and good to see, but i just didn't feel like it was worth it and not age appropriate for my kids. Price wise it was pretty harsh for what you get. Family of 4 was something like 160Euro, but there wasn't much to it. We were done in a hour or 2. My kids are 9 and 13 which unfortunately made this place to childish for them. Santa Park is obviously a must see when you go to Lapland once in your life, but don't build up your expectation to much. You will be disappointed

Main reason for poor review is the price and the extreme overcrodedness. We are a family of five, so the entrance fee was 192 euros. As we visited on a Saturday in December, we mostly stood in lines the whole time. There are about 6 main attractions, each a couple of minutes long (except Elf School, which takes a bit longer, and decorating a cookie which takes as long as you like), but you need to queue for most of them 30 minutes or longer, so the kids were pretty exhausted. The ticket is valid for two days but there honestly is not enough for two days, without the queues you would be done in a couple of hours tops.
We liked the 20 minute Elf show, but since we were standing in line at the time of the performances, it was difficult to fully enjoy it. Also on the good side, Santa was very nice and chatty!
All in all, I can understand the long queues in December and if it was not so pricey, it would have been an okay experience.

We visited Santa Park on the 5th December and paid nearly €500 for 9 people. We liked everything in the Park, the elves & ice queen were very friendly and the elf show was very good. Unfortunately the main reason we went was for our 4, 5, 7 & 10 year olds to visit Santa. We have visited lots and lots of Santa over the years and this was the most unfriendly and unhappy Santa we have ever visited. My 4 year asked him, was he a good boy and Santa said HE WAS NOT SURE!!!, my eldest child tried to give him a small hug and santa turned away!Santa did not smile once during the short visit or ask the children one question. It was a truly awful experience and even after a magical trip to Lapland, our children still ask why Santa was so sad. I would recommend families with small children to be very aware when booking.

So disappointed with Santas park.
Although mostly a pleasant experience. Their Santa was lacking.
The casting of the Santa was awful. He was young for a start.
His voice was awful as he was trying to age it.
My six-year-old came out of that asking questions and saying she wasn’t sure if he was the real Santa or if there was one
The Santas she has seen her whole life have been what your expect Santa to look Like
Considering this was Lapland and we paid an awful lot to go there would expect this Santa to be amazing.
I wish I had gone to Santas village and not to Santa Park to see Santa Claus. Please guys take this into consideration. I would hate this to happen to your children.
I emailed the company and their response was completely lacking and they told me to have a nice day and didn’t even apologise just told me that you can’t guarantee the same Santa, but all the Santas should be the same not young skinny boys
What a let down

We visited the theme park this Christmas. Apart from the fact that everything is set in a closed area and it is not cold at all, the scenery is well designed and travels you to Christmas adventures. The price for the activities offered is very good. We loved all the activities and the staff did their best to lift spirits and create a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended and well done to the management.

i can't believe that I read a review that this place was overpriced!!! It was the best value in Lapland for children. We visited at the end of November 2021 just after it opened for the Christmas period and the tickets were around £35/each which covers everything for the children, elf School, Gingerbread making, live show, Ice Queen visit and lots more including visiting Santa where you can take your own Photo's or ask the Elves to take them. This alone costs £35 in Santa's Village. The great thing is its indoors and the ticket covers you for 2 days. It is ideal for children up to 10. I agree it would not be worth it for adults and older children.
If you go to Lapland with Children then this is a must go!

The HIghlight of our trip!
Our family enjoyed the visit to Santa Park very much!
We travel with a 5 years old son and he was just excited about Santa Park and all the entertainment.
You should know that with the ticket you can go to the park for 2 days in a row to enjoy the activities!
We had a VEP (very elfish person) packages that include more than a standard package.
We met Santa and got printed photos immediately with additional photos on a memory stick that were included in the package. We also got a gift from Santa!

We decorated ginger bread, attended the Elf school, rode the train 4 times (our son just loved it). We also watched the elf show twice - that is a delight! I like it myself very much.

The launch was also included in the ticket and it's a buffet, so you won't go away hungry.

We liked the snow queen cage as well and also tasted the snow drink from ice cups - super cool (and cold)))).

This year in the Park there are new attractions opened - football and VR train, worth visiting it as well.

You will definitely find something to your taste in this place, MUST visit!

After seeing the great reviews we felt we couldn't miss this magical park on our 4 day trip. Well, I can tell you now we feel we wasted one of our precious days. Its just one big queuing session. We queued to get in which could be forgiven. Then queued to get into the ice room. Queued to get on the VR sleigh ride. Couldn't even queue foe the first show of the day because by the time we were done with the sleigh ride the hall was jam-packed not a seat or place to stand. OK, we will catch a later show. Boy was I wrong.. queued then squeezed into the packed elf school, unable to sit as a family, some of us sitting on stairs. TWO hours queuing to meet the big man in the red suit, who was fairly miserable and by which point kids were fed up. And we gave up queuing for lunch! Never managed to catch a single show every one of them full and lunch line never did go away. Toilets bins were overflowing and ever soap dispenser empty, and the fact its marketed at children yet the sinks are at adult height l. Such a disappointing day. And all these reviews talking about value for money. Almost everything's a shop, and you have to buy everything on top of your extortionate entry fee! Gingerbread biscuits, photos with santa, plus avoiding every shop full of toys. I genuinely cannot understand the reviews I read that led us to visit, because having been other places subsequently, I'm gutted. All this would be less irritating if it wasn't so expensive to get in.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good opinion about this place.
They stole my jacket from the locker room in Santapark
Minus 20 and I was only wearing a thin sweater because we were in Santa Claus Park, so I didn't dress too much.

By 3:30 p.m. we had seen all the attractions and decided to go back.
We go to the locker room .All the jackets are here except mine. the jacket was hung at the very bottom, under the jackets of my husband, my friends, and my children's jackets and ski pants, so someone must have been watching me. It was under our clothes so no one could make a mistake, what's more, there was a hat and gloves in the sleeve and someone deliberately threw them on the ground and put them on.

And my jacket was on
At the very bottom on the hanger
So he had to take off all the other coverings.

And how can we get out of this frost?
What pissed us off the most was that the staff didn't want to help us
Nor share the recordings
Or suggest a blanket, a jacket, a thick sweater, anything
There are plenty of shops selling warm clothes there
And the tickets are not cheap
The service lady smiled and told me that she was sorry and that I should leave my e-mail and that if someone returned it, they would write to me.
The manager said that they are not responsible for things left in the cloakroom.
They quickly displayed information on the board that they were not responsible
It's hard for me to understand how clueless you have to be to steal someone's jacket in such cold weather

Despite buying online tickets we had to wait in the ticket line at the entrance - absolutely stupid ( 2 lines easily arranged). All of the other attractions came with an HOUR wait at least - how are little ones supposed to wait hours in queue. Not to mention that everything is ridiculously overpriced one beer for 9.20 EURO. The cookie decorating ‘experience’ was deplorable as well - wet tables, barely any frosting and no sprinkles.
They do not know how to manage any queues and no not care of you have an awful experience. Would not recommend.
