It was fun to see! Ended up being one of a very few sights we saw in Gothenberg due to unyielding construction. Since I am of Swedish descent and named the same this was on my list of sights to see. A sign said not to disturb the folks inside so I didn’t peek in windows or anything which made it slightly anticlimactic for the highlight of a big city on it’s 400th anniversary.

Queen Kristina's hunting castle is a half-timbered house in central Gothenburg. It has a documented history from the 1730s although Queen Kristina was the Queen of Sweden already in 1632-1654.
There are at least about twenty houses in Sweden that share the name "Queen Kristina's hunting castle". Probably they were taverns of the nearby bastions.
This small charming house in the middle of the not so pretty new houses can be rented for private events.

This was just a small little building, now in the center of the city. It was open to see what was inside, but I really didn't find this to be of any interest. There are many better ways to spend your time.
