About Djurgardslinjen
Djurgårdslinjen is the traffic with older trams running on a part of "Spårväg City" in Stockholm's city. From the start on June 2, 1991, it was a pure museum track with line number 7. Regular traffic started on August 23, 2010 on the route Waldemarsudde - T-Centralen with line number 7N for the traffic with museum trams. The line goes from Norrmalmstorg in Stockholm city via Strandvägen to Skansen (some trips to Waldemarsudde) on Djurgården and is run by members of the Svenska Spårvägssällskapet. The current museum track has been in operation since the summer of 1991.

This is a heritage service that runs for 15mins or so from the centre of the city to Djurgarden. You buy an ordinary tram ticket and then just hop on. The trip is really good. The driver explained a lot about the vehicle and was...More

Thank you for this story. We are pleased that you appreciated the tour and our service and that our staff took into account the difficulty of your understanding the ticket system. The café car is not part of Region Stockholm's regular range of Public Transport,...More

After a visit at the Djurgården area this is a nice way to get back into the city. You can take the normal wagon with your Stockholm pass or regular SL card. But the coffee wagon is also recommended. A drink is obligatory but adds...More

Very disappointed with the service provided by the tram company. Even after booking the slot for 3 heritage trams and confirming the timings with their given telephone number 3 hours prior to the designated time, the trams did not arrive. On continous follow up they...More

We are deeply sorry for this. There were a misunderstanding due to late change of departure time. This is partly due to the fact that the heritage trams are operated by volunteers and that there ar no manned office available on weekends. Now, some of...More

We loved this, jump on the front carriage of the vintage tram with your SL travel pass and ride the number 7 route in style. Or, for a small fee jump on the rear ‘coffee car’ carriage and be served coffee and ice cream, lovely!...More

Hop on the rear carriage of this old tram and watch the world go by being served coffee and cakes as you travel through part of the city and you can go around the route as many times as you like. The server was really...More

This is an old tram that went out of use but has been brought back. There are just two carriages with the rear serving coffee and cakes whilst you travel through a part of the beautiful city. It's about £5 each but for the non-Swedish...More

To be seen by boat. The Stockholm water commuting system always surprise me - even IF I have lived in the city in thirty years. The view and the effective transport - a perfect combination.

I wanted to go on this tram since seeing it on travelman, and it did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend people take a trip on the cafe tram! 35KR for the journey and the food/drink is reasonably priced too. The reaction on many people...More

A fun little excursion with coffee and a pastry. Only takes about 25 mins and is also a good way to get to places like the Abba museum or the fun fair. Or stay on the tram and drink and eat. Prices not bad for...More
