Unfortunately the market is currently under renovation but they still moved some of the stands to a temporary location across the street. Perfect place to taste some excellent salmon or seafood over lunch and do some food shopping.

Although the Saluhall is undergoing renovation, from past trips, I know it's definitely a culinary paradise not yo be missed. Gamla Stan is about a half hour walk away where the restaurants and cafés lining it's quaint streets makes you happy you came to Stockholm.

Although the market is currently under reconstruction there’s a temporary smaller version in front of it. The place is nice and has a good variety of food. Stop here for a lunch or a coffee to escape from the cold December weather.

We had lunch in a restaurant in this market and the food was great. The fish is super fresh and tasty. The location is casual and friendly. Recommended for a stopover during the day.
