The Original Stockholm Ghost Walk and Historical Tour

465 reviews
If you think you've seen it all and heard it all in Stockholm, think again. This guided walking tour sheds new light (and a little darkness) on Stockholm's oldest neighborhood. As you follow the lantern light of your guide through the cobblestoned streets and alleyways, hear tales of ghosts, murder, and horror while getting a deeper insight into the history of Sweden's capital.

Stockholm City Library was created by world-famous architect Gunnar Asplund. The library has been listed as one of the world's most beautiful libraries. The facade is beautiful. The rotunda with a tall cylinder gives the exterior monumentality. The rotunda is also the most striking part of the interior. The library was officially opened in 1928 by Prince Eugen.

Amazing library definitely worth a stop to look around. The smell of the books are fantastic and the circular space is too.

Not worth seeing as a tourist attraction. It is a small library and the architecture is nothing special. Seems like a nice library for the locals.
