The venue was fun the announcer kept it fun but the food stand between gates a11 and a14 was a different story. I waited over 25 minutes for a hot dog. Missed almost the ENTIRE second period. Another woman meantime paid extra to get one faster while we all stood and waited.. we were not given this option of course. Staff simply lied and said they were ready to be picked up. I asked to speak to the manager but of course no one came and the staff brought us elsewhere to fill the orders. Poor quality and TERRIBLE service. Never in my life have I received such terrible service . I rarely leave reviews but the staff at this venue was not only incompetent and not helpful but outright liars. Never in my life have I been so upset with a sports venue and I have visited many. Would love if the manager was "available" to do his job.

We went to visit it in the morning. The area around it is very nice, there is a shopping mall and some other stores. Before entering the bubble to the top there was a short movie of 5 minutes about its history. The ride on the top is slow so that you have time to enjoy and take pictures of the view. It a nice enjoyable experience.

We loved going up in the globe. And it was brilliant to find out it’s the tallest spherical building in the world so to say we have been on top of it is great. You watch a video in a tiny kind of cinema before going in which is interesting. The views are great and it’s just bizarre to watch yourself going higher and higher. They don’t cramp you in which is nice. Runs every ten minutes.

I have been to this venue many times to see SHL games, NHL exhibition games, and concerts. It is a very unique facility and prominent on the Stockholm skyline. While there make sure you take the tram to the top of the globe for the skyview overlooking the city. This is on the transit line, attached to a large shopping mall with numerous dining options, and there is the Quality Globe hotel attached.

If you buy the Stockholm Pass and include Ericsson Globe, it is worth visit. I visit on March and I don't need to queue up. As Ericsson Globe a bit far from the city center, not much iconic building around and the view not very amazing. But it is quite interesting to climb to the top of a dome shape building!

This starts with a short video about the Globe then it's into the cablecar which takes you up to the top of the dome for a 360 degree view over Stockholm! Wow! The trip itself only takes about 10 minutes up to the top, then you have about 5 minutes viewing time before it comes down again. What was a nice surprise for us was the fact that seniors get a discount.
We had never been to Stockholm before but had no problems finding or getting to the location.

We had free admission with the Stockholm City card so it was fine as we didn't lose anything by seeing it. If I had paid the full ticket price I would have been disappointed. You queue up, to stand in a 'glass carriage' that slowly goes half way up the globe on the outside, stops, then goes back down! A little dull really. Some good views but nothing spectacular. There's a decent shopping mall next to it so I'd pop in there and have a coffee instead as there's more to see and do!

We saw two hockey games at the Globen while in Stockholm. The staff was very friendly and the seats were comfortable. The lines for concessions were never long. Nice venue.
