A lovely park with a series of walks to suit different abilities and preferences. Some of the walks do have steps and steep ascents/descents. I was helped by a Warden who gave me a map and pointed out what to look for and where. It is renowned for it fungi and rightly so. The Walled Garden is only open for a limited time and this may be changed due to the present situation. Check beforehand.

Car park could do with resurfacing had plenty of pot holes I avoided one only to drive into another ;( Lovely little play area for children to play could do with a slide The walk was beautiful we didn’t get to walk too far but the bits we did it was beautiful. Have to agree on the dog poo even though there are poop bins around we still saw some poo left on the sides. Otherwise well kept park with beautiful views.
