Lovely place for a walk and bird spotting. my husband and I were lucky enough to see a kingfisher fishing by the water. dogs are welcome and it has a decent sized car park.

As the weather was gorgeous we went to the nearest park near the Grandparents which turned out to be The Leasowes. Driven past the entrance hundreds of times without knowing this gem of a park was there. Great open spaces, lovely walks and very peaceful....More

Amd to take the kids theres a little play area and woods and feeding the ducks bring some bread keeps kids entertained

There are trails all over the park however I don't think that they are neither long enough nor dedicated just to bikes. I think that it would be unsuitable for serious mountain bikers.
