Renovated in 2013, it's very modern but it doesn't rate above average.
Entrance: 3 adults + 2 small children = $64
They charge as much as Iceland's Blue Lagoon, but this ain't the Blue Lagoon!

The swimming complex should be real good, if everything worked. It has two 4-story water slides, wet and dry saunas. There is also a crowded warm water pool used for warming up.
The water temperature was very good in all the pools.

The gym is ridiculously expensive, although I can afford it, there are much better gyms in Lund for a lot less. I guess they charge more because "they have a swimming pool", but all that comes to even more extra charges and watch out for the opening hours.
The swimming pool used for training, teaching to swim or for those in wheel chairs closes at 15.00, and so does the lap-swimming pool.

The wave machine was broken. The outdoor extension of the indoor pool was closed.

The main water slide's joins are rough (sharp), I cut my foot (ripped the skin) in it to the point that it was bleeding. It's like it wasn't tested before going operational.
Their first-aid facility was totally worthless, I was offered some hand-cleaning alcohol to clean it with and they had band-aids of the type we have in the office for paper cuts.

Besides all the inconveniences, the kids really like the pool and we will visit it more times because it is the ONLY place to swim in Lund.
They have a summer outdoor pool (Shelbybaddet) about 1km from there, it's worthless.

The pool is alright, but expect little for your money.
The service is typical of a place ran by the state.

A nice Sunday excursion with the family would be a trip to Högevallbadet. We were here with kids, 4 and 8 years old. With a good view over the quite small adventure area, its easy to come here with smaller kids. Starting out at the parking lot, you will probably have to wait for a free spot. Once parked you need to pay the 22 sek/hour by card or phone. The entrance is just meters away from the parking.
To access the dressing room and locker, you use the armband you get at the entrance.
The different pools are; kiddie pool for the smallest with a water slide, a large hot hot hot pool with jet streams to relax in which is being cleaned every 30 minutes, a larger pool that goes from 0-190 cm. Once every hour a wave machine sets in, quite fun! Here are also a lot of floating toys to play around with. Swim under the bridage and you will hit the outdoor pool. Warm in the water and ice cold in the air, try it out!
Going back in, theres a large water slide for us older "kids". Next to the large pool theres water rafting that is quite fun too. Lastly there is a climb wall were you can let go and fall in the water below.
The park feels fresh and clean. You are not allowed to use any devices with a screen and camera, so no phones.
The food is a bit of a let down, both quliaty, taste and price. They serve burgers 75sek for 90gram with chips, baguettes, hot dogs (turkey), ice cream and more.

The website is unclear about the time windows. After 80km of travel we would have been allowed in for 3 hours for a total price of 30€. The service at the reception was slow and very unfriendly. In addition the parking situation is catastrophic. Only a few spots on the area and u are forced to park in the area around for at least 1,5€/h. Compared to other, much cheaper with cheaper or free parking and not less entertaining baths in the area it is not worth the money. A real touristrap. Stay away.

This place is newly built and has everything from adventure pools, slides and so on, to professional swimming pools. I paid a ticket for the exercise pools and it was about 80 crowns, which seems a bit too expensive for an hour or two of swimming. Otherwise the swimming halls are big and new and the staff is friendly.

It was bad experience. I was about to lose my son as lifeguards decline to help him. As I was not expecting this kind of poor service in Sweden..

We had to wait to get in. That's ok, so not too full. Then we had to wait for showers, only 2 out of 4 was working on one of the sides. There was rather much hair on the floor. Then we had to wait for enter the hot tub. Ok ,cause it shouldn't manage more than the 25 ok, also because of several children playing in there. Time allowed 15 min .Ok.But then you had to wait 15 min in front of an empty hot tub, cause to cleaning. So if you were unlucky, you could wait 30 min. And the air temperature was too cold. So we didn't enjoy the time , went out freezing.

Nice, mostly clean, modern, fun. The wave machine is the trademark of Högevall, and the open-air part of the main pool is a nice touch, and there is a fun friendly open water slide for families apart from the normal tall closed water slides.

Some things to look out for in case it matters to you:

* The "adventure pool" which is the main pool is a bit colder than is usual for indoor family baths in Sweden. After a while you get used to it, but there are small children with literally blue lips from the initial cold.

* The hot tub is open every other quarter hour, so you might have to time it to avoid disappointment.

* Literally nobody in the men's changing room washed properly before swimming, so don't drink the water!

* There is no dedicated swim practice pool for young children.

For families with young children, I can recommend a bigger bath with warmer water (for example Hylliebadet ("the Hyllie bath") in Malmö).
