The locals seem to not stop in this park. May be the tourists on hotter days. It was empty when we went.

We came across some interesting scenes in this tranquil relaxing park situated between the Lund University Main Building in the North, and Lund Cathedral in the South with Kungshuset located in between. Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd, a Swedish painter and sculptor, who was a friend of John Lennon, started the “non-violence” project which the ubiquitous knotted-gun after Lennon’s assassination in December 1980. We also enjoyed the signpost quotations - “In art silence is already a language” Doris Salcedo“ “You are lost the instant you know what the result will be” juan Gris. If you need to unwind and watch the world go by then find a benches under the shaded trees in this beautiful park.
