Birdwatchers paradise, as well as nature lovers. So much to enjoy. It’s at the southern tip of Oland and well worth the trip. You pass numerous windmills and quaint old churches on the way and the wildflowers were beautiful in July.
If you're into birdwatching, this place provides you with information on different species of birds, books, videopresentation and other stuff. There are toilets and cafe that cater to the birdwatching folk. Parking nearby.
We went to see to Ottenby Naturum next to Långe Jan in May 2017.
Located at the southern tip of Öland, this is a great place for bird watching.

Despite the view from the lighthouse , not much to see there. Museum is small, for 10 mins viewing.
Nearby just 1 restaurant, with horrible traffic and waiting time, food was unreasonably expensive and below average.
