The office is located in an impressive old building. Staff was really attentive and tried to make suggestions based on our preferences and length of stay (many offices nowadays just sell tickets and provide maps or leaflets with no personalised information). We found

Hi, Thank you for your kind review, we are so happy to hear back from our guests. The movie about the city and how it was rebuilt after the great fire in 1888 really gives you a good start before you go out and explore the town and it´s beautiful stone houses. We would love to have you back in Sundsvall soon again!
